Biography
Tia is the managing director of Penta’s creative practice, where she leverages her decade of advertising agency experience to advance our client’s strategic initiatives through creativity. To do this, Tia leads a team blending policy, design, and technological expertise to help clients increase the accessibility, reach, and emotional resonance of their work.
Prior to Penta, Tia led creative and design teams at advertising agencies, delivering award-winning campaigns and identity systems for her regional, national, and global clients. With extensive experience in branding and integrated campaign strategy, she’s led intentional and effective work for organizations spanning health insurance and financial services to consumer goods and nonprofits.
Tia studied strategic communications and environmental sciences at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She currently lives in Seattle.
